Program Manager

Experienced Program Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the architecture & planning industry. A Bay Area native and current Oakland resident, Zoe is passionate about making sure our local communities are able to respond, adapt and thrive both post disaster and on a daily basis. She brings experience learning from and helping develop resilience strategies in both Oakland and New York City.

She has done resilience related work for the Chief Resilience Officer for the City of Oakland, San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission, Municipal Arts Society of New York and the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Her Master’s thesis focused on the importance of social cohesion in strengthening community resilience.

Most recently, she worked on special needs and homeless housing developments for Resources for Community Development and Panoramic Interests. Previously, Zoe’s work with Greenbelt Alliance and Rebar Art & Design studio led her to recognize the importance of smart growth and good urban design in the Bay Area.

Zoe holds a Masters in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University and a Bachelors of Arts in Human Geography from the University of British Columbia and is a LEED Green Associate. Outside of work, Zoe is an avid traveler and active yogi.
